Hailing from the Jesus Centre's city of Northampton and the London area comes the ten ton warhammer known as DEAD MAN'S CHEST, who proudly inherit and build upon the mantle of their predecessors 1125 and PIGNATION. The DEAD MAN'S CHEST started jamming on the 6th day of the 6th month of 2006 with the aim of mixing HC with a straight-up, traditional metallic edge, creating an apocalyptic sound reminiscent of that which put Clevo on the map years ago. Compound this with the sonic territories explored by classic bands like Slayer, Cro-Mags, Warzone, Venom, In Cold Blood and Discharge, and the murderous intentions of the outfit become clear—total aural violence and brutality.Our debut upcoming mini-album containing four tracks certifies the old school is still in full effect.
