About Me

I'm all that is undefinable. As Garth Brooks says "She's every woman". I will be your best love, your deepest hate and everything that is between; regardless of if you ask me or not. I believe it's easier to get forgiveness than permission; but I won't ask or beg for either. I'm a disgrace to my father and my mother's pride and joy. I'll get on my knees to serve when I feel like it, try and force it and I'll bring you down with me. I don't hate anyone, but that doesn't gaurantee a kiss on the cheek any more than it does a slap. I'm what some call "eclectic" which is basically a nice way to say that I can't make up my mind on what I like. Sometimes, I'm go-with-the-flow...others, I'm about as controlling as they come. It all depends on what mood I feel like being in at the moment. I can be a little moody and controlling, but sometimes it's fu nto give up control. I'm the founder (or co-founder, depends who you ask) of the only roller derby league in Cleveland, OH (THE BURNING RIVER ROLLER GIRLS). Currently, I'm Penalty Mistress along with one of my best friends. That used to be my reason for living, but I'm searching for a new passion now.

My Interests

tattoos, piercings, music, knives, BDSM, medieval recreation (SCA), hooping, DANCING!!!!!, gaming (White Wolf system), costume design, debating/arguing, playing w/ fire, PIRATES! I tend to be drawn to the wierd, dark, dorky and obscure.

I'd like to meet:

Beyond thr obvious, I want fire players, drummers, kinksters, derby girls, activists, photographers, wine-os, nerds, taggers, bellydancers, artists, authors, SCAdians and anyone else that I think is interesting... Wow, that's a long list.Actually I don't really care about who I meet actually...as long as you're not catty, I will try to make time for you if. If you are prone to drama though, EFF OFF.

Music:

I'm all over the board in this area. My exposure tends to be somewhat mainstream, but I'm all about the anything I can get my hands on. I try to not play favroites, but find that there are a few bands that I gravitiate towars. MSI (Mindless Self Indulgence) is one of my fav bands of the moment...and of course The Dresden Dolls. Then is Rasputina, The Ditty Bops, Medieval Baebes, Flyleaf, Islands, MC Chris...take you're pick; it changes day to day to day...

Movies:

Secratary, Orlando, Kissing Jessica Stein, anything w/ Pirates, Tipping the Velvet, Nightmare Before Christmas, anything horror (gore, mindfuck, whatever) and anything that will make you think (I Heart Huckabees, What the Bleep Do We Know?, etc)

Television:

At this point, I've had a TV again for 2 years or so and really, I can't wait to get rid of it again. But if I had to pick something, I'd say Gilmore Girls (I told you I had a soft side), Coupling (If I have to watch TV, I prefer BBC..or history channel) and anything on LOGO

Books:

My fav authors are Virginia Woolf and Charlotte Bronte. It's hard to get too much darker than some of the stuff they puts in my head. I've been reading a lot of crappy books lately, so there's not anything worth listing at the moment...with the excpetion of Sara Waters (Tipping the Velvet)

Heroes:

Idolize someone? I don't think so. You wanna be adored, get a puppy. You wanna be worshipped, get a sub. For those that are weak, I don't recomend looking here. Some of the people I'd like to meet however... Countess Elizabet Bathory Virginia Wolfe Dita Von Tess Betty Paige and a more updated list will re-emerge eventually.
