is where art and creativity meet raw, uncensored talent. TUFF showcases as many diverse short films as possible and is a true safe haven for all filmmakers. That is not to say TUFF screens distasteful films, it simply means every filmmaker no matter how large or small is given equal consideration during the selection process. Films of every genre are screened on their individual merit and no film is given preferential treatment over another. Films are essentially Uncensored from any pre-conceived ideas of what a film should or should not be. In addition to film, TUFF promotes entertainers, artists, musicians, photographers and of course the Uncensored Monkeys.
