About Me

As a DJ Lars have worked since 1987 playing all kinds of gigs, starting out as the ever lasting wedding/birthday DJ at private parties. After doing that for a while he began doing a weekly radio show on New FM, where he played the saturday night pre-party show for those who wanted to warm up before going out clubbing. After 5 years he moved on to doing club gigs only a couple and it was here Lars found his passion.
Then something happend in 1999 when he and a very good friend and DJ, Lars "The Minister" came up with the idea of sampling a local folk singer. The demo came pass the ears of Trance DJ Henrik Hjarnø who loved the idea so much that he asked both DJ's to come to Techpoint studio's (owned and founded by guitarist and keyboard player Nils Harbo). Here they all 4 began to work on the idea which ended up becomming the hit single "Push it to the limit" - the project Nagano Allstars was founded and and album was made.
After working with the Nagano album Lars wanted to stand try out other ideas. So he went to Steen Bay, who also dj's. He had just put a small studio setup together because he wanted to produce music. Here the knowledge Lars has of studio equipment, producing and composing was finetuned. Steen and Lars worked closely for 5 years and in that time he Remixed such artists as The Barcode Brothers, a Norwegian band called Ice, Superstar - a local artist and also made The DJ Bailar Project. One of the tracks that was popular in Denmark was a coverversion of the Gary Rafferty track "Bakerstreet

That last project also spawned a hit single. The track "Life is a game" went into top 10 on the official UK Club chart and was supported by Europes finest Top DJ's.
Lars then began to work for a Arcade Music Compagny Denmark. Here he worked in the compagny studio finetuning his mastering abilities mastering their catalouge. He got to remaster old analogue recordings to CD. This experience has made Lars capable of both mix and master a wide variaty of music. He also got around to make several tracks that appeared on the Trance 2002 and 2003 and Turn Up the Bass compiiations from Arcade. It was also during his work at Arcade Music Compagny that he started working with Michael Splint.
Michael Splint and Lars are now in partnership working on various remixes, own productions, songwriting and composing. They have build up their own studio which today is working very closely together with Michael Parsberg's MP One Studio's where all their productions are mixed and Mastered for that excelent sound.
Lars is still playing as a dj - mainly in Denmark. He's well known and respected in the danish club community. His style is House but also plays Hard House and Trance. Because of his producer carrer there are plans for playing gigs internationaly in the very near future.
