I am an angolan/portuguese woman living in London with my son(my pride and joy,very very musical) Luamar. I've absorbed music and dance genres from all over the world throughout my life. My family says that I was a cry baby who would only quite down when sat under a tree at my Granny's house with the radio on next to me (I would then start rocking back and forth, smiling). I believe in self expression in whichever form suits the individual.I'm grateful for all my life experiences(past and present) including the painful ones.I use Reason and a Midi Controller/Keyboard(which at the moment are my only "physical" means of making music) to compose and produce numerous tracks, trying to express what's in my mind, heart and soul and what I've seen and experienced.I aim to work/collaborate more with acoustic musicians.I am also a lyricist and a vocal percussionist(I'll be able to put that kind of work on my player when I have recording facilities).I feel these pieces(on my player), like much of my work, are very suited for film, TV, video installations, dance, live performance art,etc.
