Going through many genre's of music such as Hard Rock, Metal, Hip-Hop,Gangsta Rap and just about EVERY genre of electronica a sweet spot was found.... An eclectic blend of Garage, Break Beats, 2-Step & House with some turntablism such as scratching, cutting & blending thrown in the mix, Gangsta Boogie! The founder of Pro-Funktion Productions - Edmonton -, With his parnter Cliff (Mr.Wedge -Co-founder). James has been rocking shows since 2000.... Early in his career he was blessed to be able to work with & play along side such artists as... Paul Johnson, Translucent, DJ Sneak, Josh The Funky 1, Robbie Rivera, Willie Morales , Myagi, Bitchin' (Mama Miche & Kenzie Clarke) & Small Town DJ's Just to name a few... Localy his infulences include, Derkin, Tryptomene, Sweetz, DJ Jaala, Tripswitch along with too many others to mention... Having run a few successful club nights such as the prominent 3 years and counting... Wild Cherry Wednesdays now residing @ Level 2 Lounge, dropping some of the sickest cuts along side TripSwitch and Steve Velocity.... So make sure to watch out...
