RUNNING IRIE SOUND was founded 2002 in Wuppertal, Germany.
The crew contains 5 members: Bandelero (owner/selecta/MC), Mulie
b(MC/Deejay), Miss Lizz(Soul Singer) and the veteran members
Buza (MC/Deejay) and Laygwan Sharkie (Singjay/MC).
Running Irie played their first gigs in germanys well known Dancehall
club U-Club in Wuppertal. Since 4 years they run the monthly dance
"ring the alarm"in Wuppertal with about 400 guests as well as big
events with several floors, international bookingand 800 guests.
Since then Running Irie was booked for shows all over germany.
Running Irie also played a foreign: Poland, Ungaria, Italy, Belgium,
Netherland & Switzerland. Running Irie played together with artists
such as David Rodigan(UK), Soundquake (Germany), Patrice (Germany),
Gang Starr (NY), Tony Touch (NY), Gunz n Rozez Sound(Canada),
Kevlartone studio (NY), City Lock(Berlin),Foundation Sound(Holland),
Real Rock Sound(CH), Massive Sound(Be), Everest Sound(D), Soulforce
Sound(D) and many more.
We present the whole range of jamaican music and soundsystem culture,
such as heavy foundation, rub a dub, modern roots, the latest in
dancehall,heavy dubplates & live shows with artists.
