Cameron James is a fast up and coming singer songwriter based in London, UK. He has been writing and playing music since the age of seven and has been described as "a must see act". Having played together for over thirteen years Cameron James and Timothy Nash have performed in some of the best venues in and around London, throughout the UK and even a few international concerts. Cameron James with Tim on the drums have a unique sound and feeling about their music that can only be produced by two great musicians and friends having fun. With just the duo on stage it can sometimes surprise the listeners as to how full the sound can be and the energy that flows from the songs into and throughout the crowd, but a great surprise non the less!

'Hello and thanks for dropping by. Hopefully you like our music and may even be convinced enough to come along to a gig?!? We appreciate all the support that our listeners give us and we will forever be greatful to have people to play to. We try to keep up to date with blogs, pictures and tracks but we have our busy moments like everyone else so a thousand apologies if we're not on top of things. Stay happy!' Cameron James

"He begins with a gentle but rhythmic number called ‘Try’, which seems to calm the room into awe inspired hush. You can hear influences of Jeff Buckley, John Mayer and even Rod Stewart in his vocals that compliment his ‘indie-folk’ style music.
He cruises through the set with an energy that is only acquired through experience and when he plays ‘When raindrops fall’ shows himself to be quite a performer.
Finishing on his most well known, ‘Know what I mean’ the lyrics seem to be infectious and I found myself swaying and singing along with the rest of the crowd. With a refreshingly unique sound Cameron James seems set to be in your eardrums very soon. With big plans for 2007 you should check this man out when you have a chance. He is worth seeing.".

Review of Cameron James Myspace
"His songs are more summery than days influenced by global warming with a real quiet sense of contentment in a number of tracks... a heart felt strumaglong with the catchiest chorus I've heard for a while... the strength of musicality and depth of lyrics make this something worth listening out for."
