About Me

Hi everybody, Im Ritchie Buzz, rocknroll soldier from the south of France, where the sun shines hardly and drives you mad.

Im a song writer, guitar player, singer and also bass player, drum machine programmer and recording producer.

I felt into dirty raw rock n roll in the age of 16 discovering bands such as the Stooges, MC5, Ramones and New York Dolls. And you know what? it changed my life!

I love touring, writing and recording songs, but also girls, drinking with friends, have fun, movies and books.

I actually work on my Ritchie Buzz project, preparing the first album which should be out this year. I plan to tour in few month, once the CD out, with a bunch of kick ass mercenaries .

Some of you know me as bass player in THE REAL KOOL KATS, the European band for the New York punk rocker KEVIN K (Ramones/ Thunder style). We use to tour all over Europe since 4 years. We did something like 150 shows and recorded 5 albums together.

Some other know me as guitar player in the French glam pop band FLIPSIDE (T Rex/ Supergrass style). We only toured in France till now. We recorded 2 Eps Previous Tracks and the brand new one Reverends Lament. The first album of the band will be out around September.

For the older ones, you may know me as the front singer/guitar player of CHEESE, my power pop band in the 90s in the style of Dinosaur Jr, Helmet, Sonic Youth. We did a lots of shows in France and shared some tracks on compilations with bands like Melvins, Superchunk, Linoleum.

My latest side project as guitar player is THE MILLARDAIRES, a crazy 60s sex garage band. Only 2 shows till now but in front of 100 screaming girls each time. This band is really out of control!
