R.I.P
Brett Kendall Ericksen 1/21/1979 ~ 1/22/2007
Brett was taken from this life suddenly and unexpectedly in a fatal car accident. He leaves a family who loves him, friends who adore him, business associates who respect him and kids who idealize him. He was currently running a wonderful entertainment project at Sundance Film Festival. Brett has always had a creative mind and uninhibited ambition. He never settled for second rate and always tried to see, have, and be the best. Brett had a heart the size of a lion, so tender, so much the guardian of the meek and defender of the underdog. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone, defended his family and friends to the end and would give anyone anything if they needed it and he had it. Brett has always had a gift of making people laugh. Since he was a child he was the unofficial entertainer. He was always funny and would say things no one else could pull off, but when he said it, it was funny. He had a gift for meeting people and making them a friend. He was a disciplined body builder, creative and innovative thinker and a thoughtful son. Brett was a true family man that never had a chance to have his own family. He loved being with his family, no matter the occasion. He was always there for his sisters, his brothers, his mom and his dad and loved his nieces and nephews. Raised in Utah, he was a talented artist, gifted athlete and a true entrepreneur. He was all state football at Northridge High and all Conference linebacker at Snow College. He was on the United States Olympic Bobsled sled team and rode as forerunner in the 2002 Olympics. He painted an Olympic mural that sold hundreds of special edition copies. He founded and ran Laser Care Clinic, developed a commercial real estate association and founded Ericksen Entertainment which is currently hosting the Celebrity Media Center in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. Brett was an Eagle Scout and had a great testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He had a Christ-like heart. We don't know if he was called on the mission he never had here on earth, but we do know that he will not sit idly by, but will be working hard, as always, to make all his family proud of him. We pray he knows how proud we are of him and his accomplishments and how much we love him. and how much we will miss him. He is survived by his mother, Laurie (Alan) Ralphs, his dad, Corey (Liz) Ericksen, his brother, Shane (Amber) Ericksen, and sisters, Kimberly (Gustavo) Dalanhese and Jamie (Steve) Smith. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Forest Ridge Ward, 1954 E. Antelope, Layton. Friends and family may call Wed. from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. e-mail condolences to the family at [email protected]

Did you know you can 1031 Exchange into oil interests? Neat! my1031Options.com shows you how. This isn't an add. Its just me letting everyone know how rediculously wealthy and sucessfull I am. Do I really know how to spell successfull? Probably not. But do I feel successful inside? Absolutely. And is that all that matters? absolutely not. But I'm here, I'm doin it. As a man thinkith so is he. Thats what my grandpa always told me. i really try to just blend in by standing out.For as long as I remember I've always wanted to be a super model... I've always wondered why people would want to be just a regular model? Why not just try out for super model and skip regular one? If your going to be something why not be the best you can possibly be. I remember staying up at night looking through the glamour magazines and wishing I was a merman... But. I ended up not turning out so good looking so I became an entre po nigga instead. actually I'm 26 and 1/2. I'm a man who discovered the wheel and built the Eiffel Tower out of metal and brawn. I think I'm a healthy Mormon mix between Vin Diesel, Jack Bauer, Paul Walker, Frank the Tank, Santa Claus, Billy Madison, Trump, Dirk Diggler and scubba Steve. My lifes an Effing movie and your all invited to the gun show. I really like urinating in nature... It feels more natural. I date the only super model in Utah and I drive a gosh dam milk truck and still live at home. Sometimes I ask my mom "mom when are you making meatloaf" when my friends come over I yell upstairs. Mom, Meatloaf. Now. I love meatloaf. I never know what shes doing back there. Its not that I really want to live in her basement so much it's more that I'm just broke as S word. I don't like to brag but I won State 2 years in a row in Spooning. I've built 3 companies in the last 3 years and it couldn't be going better. I'm not motivated by money I just want to start something great that everone I choose to surround myself with will be successful. I live on chicken and protein shakes and for some reason end up tearing up every pair of jeans I own. I designed and built my own office (please see pic) and almost cut off my arm in the process. I love architecture and design and I paint beautiful pictures and I once played half a college football season on a broken Fibula. I was baptised in the Jordan River in Isreal where Jesus was, I'm an Eagle Scout, partied at the playboy mansion, traveled around the world, and did the bobsled in the Olympics but I still can't remeber my whole trip to Cancun last year. Frank the Tanks got nothing on me. I like to go to church and sit on the back row and I really can't decide if I like Mary Kate or Ashley better, but a wise friend once told me, Why Choose? ______________________________________________
