Brian Tolbert, founder of JENESIS Magazine, is a true visionary. Using his unique and creative drive he is looking to redefine the face of urban culture in the city. You can expect huge things from this young determined Graphic Designer.
The Pittsburgh native is confident and optimistically
upbeat about his future. Of it he says, “I’m just excited to see where I end up. I know I’m already on the right track. For me to be so young and get to this point is a small accomplishment in itself. I feel that in my current situation, there’s no where else for me to go from here, except to the top.†Tolbert says the Magazine is just the beginning of his JENESIS endeavors, which include a clothing line, a poetry compilation book and C.D., movies, and the opening of a nightclub. Other plans include establishing a foundation to educate, train, and help find employment for the city’s homeless.
James Agnew, of JENESIS Magazine, has drive in his spirit. With his acquired skills and hard working mentality, he is ready to face the ever-changing worlds of business as well as design. James, who enjoys competition and works to make things happen, is ready to attack in different ways.
With experience working under Rizing Storm, a freelance design agency based in Detroit, MI, 3rd World Illustrations, and now Jenesis, James expects to have a promising future ahead. “The opportunities are out there for the taking, but if you don’t pursue the opportunities then you limit your chances of being successful. With Jenesis I can picture success because it carries a mass appeal. I view this as my chance to help open the eyes of others and hopefully change some people’s views of the world.â€View All Friends | View Blog | View Pics
