Nothing lifts my spirits more than to be outdoors amongst the spectacular scenery of mountains, lakes and countryside. The purest freedom & release for my soul...that and music of course!
I have a keen affection for the Didgeridoo, and am aspiring to learn the bass guitar to. I have a neverending thirst for knowledge of anything and everything...or maybe I'm just nosey?! :D
I have also developed an interest in the art of Tai Chi, Suang Yang. A teaching to live by the tenets of humility, respect, honesty, trust and loyalty. The moralistic core and central philosophy of the martial art. Love it.
Most of my working life has been in the media/entertainment industry, and the last 8 years have been behind the scenes for the small screen. Due to health reasons I have had to take some time out from work, but my days are full.
