“Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense”

About Me

Whatever you do...Don't Panic! Everything is going to be alright.

As for me, everything you need to know is written on a piece of toilet paper stuck to the bottom of your shoe...if you've lost that, then nothing from here on out will make much sense - but seriously, don't panic. Nothing NEEDS to make any SENSE at all. Chill. As a good friend once said: 'It's just life, after all.'

My Interests

Just living...beyond that I'm up for anything. To be more specific though I can say that I love good conversation, reading, travelling (in both space and time), horses, sailing, music, dancing (at clubs or around a kick ass bonfire), jumping bare-ass into the North Sea and doing the dishes.

I'd like to meet:

Who'd I like to meet? The RIGHT PEOPLE, not the other kind. You better know who you are. As Ben Harper sings: 'If you don't like my fire, then don't come around.'

Check out my friend's novel in progress:

Music:

I listen to anything with joy, funk, soul and verve...let it live. In the words of Morcheeba: 'Stop chasing shadows, just enjoy the ride.'

Movies:

Fun, inventive stuff that's full of pathos and humour. Recent movie I enjoyed: Stranger than Fiction

Television:

I watch no television, no television watches me...hahaha! Okay I'm not quite that paranoid yet. Give it another ten years, until the technology is better.

Books:

I laugh at you. You want to know what I like reading? You'll have to ask me when you find me. But can you find me? I wonder.

Heroes:

J.R.R. Tolkein, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Hunter S. Thompson, Milan Kundera, Andrew Rawnsley, John Keats, Saint Christopher, Saint Francis of Assisi, Captain Jack Sparrow, Indiana Jones and then Jesus was pretty cool too.
