JP Wine bar

Jp Wine bar is located in the Crossroads Art District at 1526 Walnut St., in Kansas City Mo. Opened on May 5, 2006, it is owned by Keith and Linda Gobel, and Ryan Maybee. A sophisticated loungy atmosphere that's warm and inviting, featuring wine flights, gourmet cheeses, tapas, a full bar, and extensive reserve wine list. The mood is light, the lights are dim, and the music is as progressive as the menu. We've already been given accolades by the Kansas City Star, the Pitch Weekly, KC Mag, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast. We are a completely non-smoking bar, with the exception of our outdoor, sidewalk cafe seating area. We also have a private room in back that is available for parties, a private wine club, a fireplace, and temperature controlled cellar. We feature live music, mostly jazz, a couple nights a week. Stop by some time for a cup of joe, or a glass of wine and visit with our friendly staff in one of KC's newest venues. Cheers!
