May 13th 2007 I had the pleasure of meeting Derek Olive and Johnny Eden, the "Travelling Troubadours" check out their website and follow their adventure as they cross Canada on bikes pulling 100lbs behind them with all their gear including guitars. Their first stop was Powell River, I had the opportunity to see them at the Crown and Anchor Pub in Qualicum Bay.

Derek Olive spins webs of mystery on his guitar, its nothing I've ever seen and only ever heard. Watching him was all enthralling. Sea to Sky is a wonderful peace to listen to.
Johnny still has to get his bike legs, kinda like being on a boat for the first time, by the time they hit Hope he should be doing well. Bon Voyage Guys, may the road always be under you and you not slide on top of it. and may the wind always be at your back.
