Neverglades started in1999.The band name was formly changed because the prior name worried the other 2 band members at the time. Hooch came up with the name "Neverglades" after a painting that He did two yrs earlier. The guitarist moved, the drummer quit, Hooch had to basically start the band from the ground up.Right before these two members went their ways, a bass player named John was added, now John was handling guitar duties, Hooch was still play keyboards and programming, and another bassist and drummer were added. this lasted for a yr. When the bass player quit, the drummer left with Him. Hooch had to start back yet again, this time,John's good friend Chris was playing guitar,John was playing bass, and keyboards, Hooch was playing key's, bass, as well as programming drum tracks.John went back to school and had to quit. Chris quit soon after leaving Hooch to start yet again. Present day, the line up is, Hooch playing key's programming, sampling, mixing, recording and remixing. So far, so good.Be sure to check out My other project NORINCORE,it's alot heavier and has more soundscapes.

Pop Music Is ObsoleteFor many people, the Neverglades, a vast swamp which never existed and is most famous as the place where Nobunaga the Younger (of Hizurokoro) faced down the rebellious samurai of his expedition. Geologically, the Neverglades is a void, but psychologically it is a moist humid vaguely sonic sea of sound that so overpowers the physical reality that exploreres experience it as a swamp--as Nobunaga the Younger and his men did. A story of the confrontation and its resolution afterwards! Enjoy The Green Machine!!!
