About Me

My girlfriend, Irina Craciun:
I'm pretty smart with most things in life but pretty dumb when it doesn't involve math... I'm into Fractal Geometry, a science with unending treasures that can be found everyday. I love rock, I have tastes for almost any kind as long as it's not obviously made for money or fame, but particularly punk, metal, and other things your mom doesn't want you to listen to. DOWN WITH THE MAN.
I graduated from Central High School, and life for me right now is pretty much a cakewalk. I'm a Mathematics major at LSU, with a concentration in computer science.
I really believe that everything in this universe can be explained through mathematics. But there is one foundation from which all reason and origin flows, and that is the intelligent designer whose existence I accept as the postulate of all postulates. Mathematics was created so that humankind can think these patterns of thoughts after the designer and create beauty and productivity as we were created. But through human flaw and innate error, we have lost our understanding of mathematics, and it is my goal to strive to rediscover what was proclaimed before time began as the basis of every science.
You may see me hanging around LSU campus during the week, and hanging around the northern perimeter during the weekends. My best friends are the River City Scum Bags and the people in association with them.

e^(i * pi) +1 = 0
Top ln(e^10) reasons why e is better than pi
1) e is easier to spell than pi.
2) pi ~= 3.14 while e ~=2.718281828459045.
3) The character for e can be found on a keyboard, but pi sure can't.
4) Pi is much tastier when e is added in.
5) ln(pi^1) is a really nasty number, but ln(e^1) = 1.
6) e is used in calculus while pi is used in baby geometry.
7) 'e' is the most commonly picked vowel in Wheel of Fortune.
8) e stands for Euler's Number, pi doesn't stand for squat.
9) You don't need to know Greek to be able to use e.
10) You can't confuse e with a food product.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to meet WALTON AND JOHNSON

Music:

I hate music that is made for money or fame.

I like experimental sorts of music, particularly in the rock world. I like bands that stand out I guess, and I like bands that are seen as the underdogs. I listen to a lot of music that no one has heard of.

Bands I like:

Arch Enemy, Flogging Molly, Nevermore, CCR, Dropkick Murphys, NoFX, Rotting Christ (I hate their name, but that's what they're called), Old Man's Child, Iron Maiden, Deftones, The Mars Volta, Envy (from Japan), Sonata Arctica Opeth, Weezer, Pantera, Nightwish, Carnal Forge, Dimmu Borgir, Old Man's Child, Graveworm, Stormlord, Hammerfall, Dream Evil, and many more.

Movies:

PI

Television:

I HATE television, seriously it rots your brain so fast you wouldn't believe.

Books:

Benoit B Mandelbrot - "The Fractal Geometry of Nature" holy crap you have to read it.

Heroes:

BENOIT B. MANDELBROT, my favorite mathematician!!!!!!!
