About Me

One Click Corvette consist of Mark Brownlie & Phil Murdock who met in 2004 through a mutual appreciation of music at King Tuts, Glasgow watching Hondo Maclean perform. Mark had recently purchased a Groovebox to help make his electronic visions a reality, and Phil was becoming disenfranchised with his Rock/Metal acts of the time so they decided to come together on a new project altogether.
Originally positioned to be a hard dance act incorporating punk/metal/techno and to include Steve Walker on bass, they found it hard to get together and work on the tracks. Steve was busy with university, Mark was busy with ice hockey and Phil with metal band Leechhate.
As a result, Mark and Phil decided to start work on another project in the meantime entitled One Click Corvette, and so the act we know of today was born...
Citing influences from many different genres including rock, electro, breaks, metal & big beat, One Click Corvette have decided to not force themselves down any one particular route. Instead, they write what comes naturally to them and produce each track for itself. An altogether more chilled out sound has arisen, but there are also tracks that have that certain dance floor vibe to them.
Currently taking their music to live audiences around Scotland, One Click Corvette are looking forward to releasing their first CD later this year…
