Trensetta Da Mac aka Y.G.

Once in a while you come across an artist with the versatility of Busta Rhymes, indepth of Tupac and roughness of Scarface. Y-G is all this in one and a nice blend reality to top it off.
Y-G aka Da Trensetta can hold it down with any rapper and ride a beat all on his own. Raised in Indianapolis, he has created a name for his legacy and talents.
At the age of six, Y-G started performing at talents shows at family functions. Grasping the rhythm and rhymes from Whodini, Rahkim, and the Ghetto Boys, he started writing his own raps and flowing to any music that came through his ears.
At age 15, he took his talents to a larger stage, performing in his school talent shows and blowing the competition away. A born performer, Da Trensetta started out as The Young Guns, later changing hi name to Geezy. As Geezy wrote and performed at the lunch table in school, his thirst of music eventually leered him to the studio. He laid his first song with a former group N.A.P. at a young age of 16. He later put out his own album called Puttin In Work .
Y-Gs album involved a collage of creativity unfound in most 16 year olds. His album was so successful that he was asked to open for pioneers of the game like: Too Short, and Devin Da Dude. At 18, he put out his sophomore album, Long Time Running and the album gained him credit in New York; Y-G made it to the semifinals of the Unsigned Hype Tour.
Know armed with perfection, he has written and laid the best album out today Minor 2 A Major. His new album will bring the crowd their feet on every track. Look for his new album coming this summer and his first single Shake It featuring his label partner Big Tun.
