I'm a Publicist, Writer and a Producer specializing in Entertainment Resources.
Since 1982 I've brought my expertise to projects in the entertainment industry while making contacts with fortune 500 companies and "A list" celebrities in sports and entertainment.
I specialize in finding Product Placement for feature film projects as well as Sponsorship for Independent film and production companies. Currently I'm is involved in several feature film, television series and reality show projects. In addition to media production I work on finding funding for several charity organizations and events while now working with major record labels, responsible for finding sponsorship funding for concert tours as well as endorsement deals for artists signed to their labels.
I'm the author to a series of children's books, a published sports writer, currently authoring a self help book. Partner & Co-Founder of Competitive Edge Marketing & Management which specializes in ice sports marketing & athlete representation. Currently focused on the provision of instructional ice skating seminars & workshops throughout the country, additionally focused on representing up & coming athletes as well as well known Olympic Champions and Competitors including 1994 Olympic Champion Oksana Bauil and prior to his death 2 time US Olympian, sports commentator and master chef Christopher Bowman who was also a partner & Co-Founder of Competitive Edge Marketing & Management.
I specialize in publicity, media and public relations, media relations and using the media to create a better public image, publicize and coordinate special events while using these same skills to obtain funding through sponsorship and product placement. I've also worked freelance in the advertising industry organizing promotional projects, being a key player in the City of Detroit Anti-Arson Campaign created and headed by Mayor Dennis Archer, while able to work on the election campaigns of several Detroit area politicians. In addition to my long public relations background, I have musical, modeling and acting experience and have worked as a design stylist & master floral/food designer for several magazine and catalog photo shoots, television commercials, public service announcements, short and industrial films.
Most recently I was named, honored and awarded "2005 Business Woman of the Year" by the Business advisory council during a White House Dinner hosted by President Bush.
