I will surprise you sometime....i'll come around. (no, this is not something profound you are supposed to get...they're simply lyrics to a song that was just playing, and i wrote them for lack of anything better to write....and this explanation is filling up quite a bit of space... this copywrite thing is really working out for my benefit.)

My Interests

people watching, painting, music, going to shows, thrift stores (real ones..where clothes haven't already been picked out and are charging triple the price), garage sales, hiking, running, tennis, eating a lot (sometimes not good when trying to do previous two), tequila, coffee, muffins....man do i love muffins, traveling, parks, museums, talking, not talking, i never can run out of things to...not talk about

bonnie "prince" billy (aka william oldham), antony and the johnsons, the cure, pixies,whitey, bjork, !!!, rufus, interpol, stephen malkamus, matt pond pa, american analog set, owen, iron and wine, roxy music, sleater kinney, pretty girls make graves, sigur ros, cocorosie, bloc party, smiths, ramones, rainer maria, mates of state, modest mouse, and pretty much anything that is car steering wheel banging, head bouncing, hair flying worthy...

Movies:

dogville, anchorman, hedwig and the angry inch, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, the secret of nimh, big lebowski, never ending story, best in show, willy wonka and the chocolate factory (the original...l love you jonny, but..), city of God, pretty much anything by p.t. anderson, or coen brothers, and hopefully soon to be the lion, the witch and the wardrobe (crossing fingers they do the books justice)

Bible, The portrait of dorian gray, the bell jar, the narnia chronicles, the catcher in the rye, the prophet, lord of the flies (yes i am re-reading required literature from highschool and finding i actually like it), the birth of venus, still life with woodpecker (mainly because it's about redheads), anything by nick hornby and david sedaris, lady chatterly's lover, pride and prejudice, and pretty much any period piece where i can read out loud with english accents
