The following image (click to enlarge) is of my good buddy "Vlady" or "Vladimir". Believe it or not Vlady is a published model. We adopted Vlady from a shelter back in 1997, he was about six weeks old. His favorite thing is chewy chocolate chip cookies, and tummy rubs come in a very close second.
With a newly fenced in backyard we felt Vlady needed a friend besides our 4 kitty's. The following images (click to enlarge) are of "Schatzi" a purebred Siberian Husky. We adopted her in October 2005, she was also six weeks old. Schatzi loves to give kisses more than anything else. Her second passion is terrorizing our four kitty's (used to be 5, we recently lost our "Casey" to old age). I've included her six week old picture so you can see she hasn't changed too much during her first year. "Schatzi" is German for "sweetheart" and we really named her well, she is incredibly affectionate.
