I know all the chemical reactions and temps and the whole recipie by heart
now and have found the sweet spot ....

After 4 days,15 lbs of sugar ,about 1lb cocoa powder ,two gallons of milk
two bags of nuts, about 7 failures.....and a whole lotta dirty dishes
I can officially make bad ass grandma style melt in yo...
