J, 50 cent, Onyx, Lost boyz, A Tribe called Quest and Ja rule. His father Keith Hudson passed away of lung cancer when he was 9 years old, and his mother Jean Hudson passed away of internal bleeding, when he was 16 years old. Through these tragedies he had created a theraputic outlet for him through hip hop. This suave,street lyricist has a swagger, that is reminiscent of the late great Frank Sinatra, because of his class, and his entertaining spirit that is respected by men, and loved by ladies, he has a flow that is unmatched by anyone in rap today. With gritty tales of his dark past, and pop sensibility is why Stress is often dubbed the title " A breath of fresh air" for hip hop, which earned him a nomination at the LA Black Music Awards, for best "up and coming Rap performer" in 2004. Stress is part of a musical family, his older brother Ricky Street aka Tye is a reggae singer, that was heavily influenced by his father Keith Hudson. Stress also has a younger brother named Keith Hudson Jr. aka Trifle, that is a hip hop artist that took more after Stress as music genre is concern. Stress's mother Jean Hudson also a music business woman, that executive produced a couple projects He has also found a place for his signature style of production in several contemporary genres of music including; R&B, Soul, Reggae, as well as Hip-Hop's ever vari-evolving sound.
