I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm a kind of shy and introverted person at first. Don't think I'm distant; as I get to know people I will open up and become more comfortable. I am a new Library Assistant in Youth services. I love working with the kids and teens. It's a great experience. I am working on being more of an extrovert again. I will always be a loyal and caring friend; someone you can depend on and who is always willing to help in any way possible. I don't like being betrayed (happened several times before) and when my trust is shattered I won't hold a grudge but it will take some time to earn that trust back. I don't like playing head games. Be honest with me and know that I will do the same. Honor is very important to me. Do unto others as you would have done unto you is my philosophy. If I say I'm going to do something, be assured I will do it. I like to have fun, but I've been in hermit mode for a very long time (work, school, work... oh and work) and have been living a somewhat solitary existence, so I'm trying to get back into fun mode now. I don't like clubbing or "bar crawls" and I'm not a heavy drinker, but I have been know to stop in at a bar from time to time with friends.
Some of my alter ego's:
World of Warcraft- Steamweedle Cartel server- CorwynDriscl World of Warcraft- Steamweedle Cartel server- Strabo World of Warcraft- Steamweedle Cartel server- BattlePope
Come visit me at my home in Second Life (www.secondlife.com). IM Corwyn Dryke (me) for a teleport or landmark or just go to the following location:
Region: Kane X: 109 Y: 87 Z: 39
I have a new house. Come on over and watch a movie on my big screen TV, listen to radio stations from around the world, immerse yourself in a 360 degree environment in my Virtual Reality Room, take a trip in the TARDIS or through the Stargate, use the transport rings to get to the rocketship and take a flight, play a couple classic arcade games or visit a visual representation of the youth area at my library.

My Interests

Reading (anything and everything), TV, movies, World of Warcraft (most often Strabo, Corwyndriscl, BattlePope or Gullyfoyle on Steamweedle Cartel), miniature painting, writing (fantasy, sci-fi, poetry), research, hanging out, vegetating/relaxing when possible. I like to travel whether it’s for the purpose of research, exploring or just wandering around. Libraries Rock!!!
