Milan Kundera 5. John Sandford for his Prey Series.... 6. Anne Rice for her Vampire Chronicles 7. Tolkien 8. Scott Turow for Pleading Guilty, The Laws of our Father, Burden of Proof and Presumed Innocent 9.Harper Lee for To Kill A Mockingbird 10. Pearl S. Buck for The Good Earth 11.
