My favorite authors are: 1. Andrew M. Greeley, I've been reading his novels since my High School days. My ultime fave are An Occasion of Sin, Thy Brother's Wife, Patience of Saints and Cardinal Sins of course 2. John Grisham, I have read all his novels oops except for The Broker. My fave among his novels are A Painted House, A Time to Kill, The Partner and Skipping Christmas. 3. Gabriel Garcia Marquez, How I wish someone will give me a spanish version of his novels. 4. Milan Kundera 5. John Sandford for his Prey Series.... 6. Anne Rice for her Vampire Chronicles 7. Tolkien 8. Scott Turow for Pleading Guilty, The Laws of our Father, Burden of Proof and Presumed Innocent 9.Harper Lee for To Kill A Mockingbird 10. Pearl S. Buck for The Good Earth 11. Andre Dubus III for House of Sand and Fog 12. Mary Higgins Clark almost all of her novels 13. Wilbur Smith for Rage and Golden Fox 14. Caleb Carr for The Alienist 15. Leo Tolstoy for AnnaKarenina and War and Peace 16. F. Sionil Jose for Viajero 17. Lualhati Bautista and of course 18.
