For some reason, these have never been stolen, unlike all the rest. Go figure.
You know, sometimes life is better in 8-bit
Fitzgerald- This Side of Paradise, Beautiful and the Damned. Tom Robbins- Most of them. Cowgirls not as good... I'm leaning toward Skinny Legs and All as the best. TS Eliot- Well, Prufrock of course and Four Quartets. Practical Guide is okay. Oscar Wilde (you know, Dorian Gray) and pick up Di Profundis, you'll be glad. Camus- the Stranger, The Plague as well. Hmm. Trilogy but the Hobbit first. Ulysses by James Joyce. I kind of like John Irving but don't tell anyone. J.D. Salinger- Catcher in the Rye, Nine Stories, Franny and Zoey. Norton Juster's the Phantom Tollbooth is my favorite book ever. The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery. Oh and Mervyn Peake- the Gormenghast Trilogy. La Sept Manifestes Dada. Douglas Coupland- Microserfs, Samuel Coleridge- ANYTHING, Douglas Adams- you know which ones. Dass- Be Here Now, you hippies, also The Only Dance There Is. William Gibson- Pattern Recognition. Aldous Huxley's Doors of Perception. Andre Breton's Poemes. Sartre- The Words-I don't care what the book snobs say about it. Nearly kill myself everytime I forget I hate his stuff and read Steven King. I think EVERYONE should read the Four Noble Truths by the Dalai Lama.
Them what has soldiered through insanity, cruelty, depravation, isolation, or segregation.
