The StoryTellers started as a band in 1998 and have played shows all through out northern California including bars, nite clubs, and festivals. The StoryTellers have evolved over many years and have included contributions from many artists and musicians like Mike Shefner [Filibuster], Kenny B [Steady Ups], Malika Madremana [backup vox for Apple Gaberial], Dr. Echo [Joe’s Style Shop], Matt Pailes [Ras Matthew], Kevin Price and some others. Live performances offer a dance party for everyone with dubbed out live sound and heavy bass. Lots of reggae, latin, and ska influences gives the StoryTellers a rootsie groove. but the StoryTellers are from Sacramento and they come with there own sactown style.They dont pretend they is from Jamaica,they just be themself.make
