Bleed On

Bleed On first got together in the fall of 1999, but only started working seriously with the new millenium – the year 2000. Location: Domocil – Radenci – Pomurje - Slovenia.The music is hmmm – ganjasmokinhiphophardcorecrossovermetalrock or with other words – it's very difficult to describe yourself without being too subjective, so it's best for the listeners to decide for themselves.The debut album »GOOD MORNING U SUCKERS, BITCHES AND SLAVES« got released on the 13th of September 2002. Positive feedback followed soon, both from critics and fans of the genre alike. The band also gained wider recognition by being invited to play the NoviNoviRock 2002 festival which is an important »initial push« for young bands, giving them the much needed exposure that reaches even across the borders. Thanks to Igor Vidmar and the rest of the team behind the festival, Bleed On came to the surface.After this very good start, the band started gigging all over Slovenia, Hound Dog (lj), Štuk (mb), Metelkova (lj), Orto bar (lj) and even had some concerts in Croatia (Varaždin, Zabok) and Austria (Straden, Graz),… In the spring of 2003, Bleed On make their first video for the song 'Deep Shit (Slovenija kje si !?). The video reigned at 1st place for three weeks on the Slovene video voting TV chart show – Videospotnice, and stayed in the chart for 8 weeks. The video was directed by Dejan Babošek – Babo. The summertime was the time for more concerts, including the Rastur festival in Kranj and the Rock Otocec festival.In the meantime, Bleed On appeared in all possible media in the country – TVs, radio stations and magazines/newspapers.The year 2006 has been a pretty active year so far, seeing as the guys are currently in the studio, working on their follow-up record which will hopefully be released as soon as posible in 2007. They hope to follow the release with many concerts, performing for energetic, active crowds, who know what they want. Those who've seen Bleed On live already know what it means to have plenty of action on stage and know what we're talking about.As we mentioned before – the guys are currently working on their second album in the upcoming Studio 7 in Ljutomer, at PERO & PERO. There are some minor stylistic and genre changes in the new music, but don't worry – it's not more Softy, things are only progressively moving toward the HardCoreHipHopMetalCrossover experiment, to make for an even more interesting and varied audio experience.
