About Me

I'm a Personal Fitness Trainer and Conditioning Coach. I'm also a contrarian and a son-of-a-bitch sometimes. I love theatre and movies and innovative architecture. I Otherwise, I'm out here in L.A., a highly skilled actor pursuing the craft. I'm in love with the big city and the desert and have a pretty strange personality which becomes clearer when you read any 3 or 4 of my blog entrees. I also am interested and curious about things like environmental architecture, astronomy, largescale engineering projects, history, et al. Our lack of social justice makes me furious and I write about it often as an outlet. If you're interested to know more about me just read my blogs and find and listen to Clifford Brown playing "A Night in Tunisia". You'll get the picture.a:hover, a:active, a.navbar:hover, a.navbar
You scored as Marcus Aurelius, Your attention to duty even when the going gets rough has earned you the identity of Marcus Aurelius. A philosopher-emperor, he used Stoic musings to steel his resolve against a hard lot in life. You know few years of peace, and believe the only final answer to the empire's problems is a complete conquest of Europe. Despite this, you are probably one of the most human and thoughtful emperors in the history of mankind. Hail Caesar!

Home

Home for Christmas. So much to reflect on. And time and rest to do it. I love the muted colors of winter. And the slightly frantic energy in the city.  Out here in the suburbs it's just quie...

Heard the bells toll yesterday

I was sitting in my car outside the luandrymat in my hood yesterday and the sun was going down. A very golden light this time of year, when the sun's path is low in the sky and must shine through the ...

Been a long time sinse I stopped by the Casba Cafe in Silverlake. I knew the hood had changed and before it had it wasn't my style anyway. Went from a hardcore, reeling, down and out gay neighborhood ...

Math was always upsetting.

Studying for the GRE's which only require a good 9th grade math level.  I recall working my ass off and getting D's in 9th grade algebra.  Even had a tutor.  Always struggled with math....
