Currently, I'm a Marketing major at Quinnipiac University. However, my ultimate goal is to attain a master's degree in Strength & Conditioning. I've been an athlete from a very young age, playing soccer, basketball and running track for quite some time. I love to play and watch most all sports. Presently, I'm a DI collegiate soccer athlete for Quinnipiac. My hope is to pursue a career in the personal training/fitness coaching industry, in which I help others achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle, or assist the collegiate athlete in maximizing his/her athletic potential.
I pride myself on enduring a rather rigorous workout regimen. To me, there is no greater feeling of accomplishment than to witness the progressions in my physique that result from pure devotion, resilience, discipline, and a little bit of pain. Besides training, I enjoy the occasional party, the company of great friends, working from time to time, and furthering my education.
On another note, to those of you who don't appreciate the lifestyle I wish to live pertaining to my pursuit of sculpting my physique, please don't bother sending disrespectful messages. I'm not trying to impress you or anyone else for that matter. I do what I do for my personal satisfaction and because I love what I do. Therefore, I'd appreciate it if you don't waste my time, or your own, with obnoxious and rather boorish messages. Thank You.
While I most certainly appreciate all of your comments, please believe that I don't live my day sitting on myspace and responding to your messages. I appreciate those of you who write me with well thought out messages, but the one-liners and pick up lines are starting to get a bit old and therefore, I am going to be a bit more selective in those I respond to. It's not to offend you, but I just don't have the time nor energy at the moment to respond to every single message. One last thing -- THERE IS NO SECRET TO OBTAINING ABS! They come with the combination of cardio and weight training that is supplemented with a proper nutritional diet. I will not answer any more messages with regards to "my secret" to my abs...Buckle down, get serious about your training and GET AFTER IT...You'll see the results you so desire if you train wisely.
