I am DAYDA BASS (Los Angeles Native).Strong music influences for me growing up was Public Enemy, KRS One, Sugar Hill Gang, N.W.A., Slum Village, Eric B and Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Run DMC, 2pac, and Earth Wind & Fire. All of these artists have a strong definition of music in their souls.
Being able to listen to these artists has been a blessing. From b-boxing to breaking, I have always been in the community and had the privilege of being exposed to the new music and artist coming out. I have fluctuated from Rap, Hip/Hop, Neo-Soul, R&B, Reggaeton, and Jazz but, my love for Hip/Hop has surpassed all of the above and has driven me to pursue my love for music in a style that reflects "DAYDA BASS" as an individual.I am strong and eager to get into my community and share my love and art with everyone. My family and friends are overwhelmingly supportive of me and I hope to receive that support from my new fans.
