DJ KRYSTOF (Chris. S) Started Dj-ing about 5 years ago, in 2006 he released his first album ("Starting a Revolution") on Underground tours. He was born in Nova Scotia Canada, not having any sort of musical background. But since he could remember electronic music had captivated him. So he made due with what the music scenes that local cities of Montreal & Toronto had to offer.Gaining what mixing knowledge he had, after moving to America Chris further progressed his love for electronic music. He is known for his wide variety of styles to his music, incorporating foreign sounds and languages in his music "I'm into all sorts of music, preferably anything that makes the crowd move, I started off listening to Dj's like Louie Devito and herd the NYC side of dance music, then i herd of trance Dj's like Cosmic gate and herd a German side of trance, and later I listened to tracks by Dj Zany and herd the Dutch side of hardstyle. I myself personally can't make up my mind between Hard Trance & Hard Dance (that includes Hardstyle) right now so i guess I'm gunna have to settle for both; cause basically they all got the crowd moven, & my goal in being a Dj is to combine nearly all these sounds to create an incredibly original rhythm, even if I sometimes do give a larger dose of bass then recommended". It was 2003 when he heard of a Dj that had made his name clear through out the world, Paul Van Dyk. After having the chance to see him live in Central Park (twice) he realized Dj-ing was something he really wanted to get into.It was a guy by the name of "Dj Brian" who gave DJ KRYSTOF his first sampler "nothen special, it was an old model" but with the introduction of such internet/satellite radio stations as Vonyc, Syrius & Radio 1, he realized any ones music could be listened to all around the world. And so he composed a song which at the time seemed average, but really blew up around the clubs ("Fly" Which made it's debut on Krystofs first major album "Trance Mixed volume 1"). In 2005, DJ KRYSTOF put his talent into newly based Canadian underground record label Obelisk; (which became an Indie label in 2007) he is also a member of the world acclaimed "Techno Club". Before he knew it, Krystof had taken one underground U.S tour, A Dutch & German tour, and with the success of his Poland tour; Dj Krystof (along with FTB.PL) have released a 20 track album with the best of Krystofs Hard Euro & Hardstyle Warsaw club tour Called “Warsaw In Love Mixed By: Dj Krystofâ€. FTB.PL & Radio Zet and Dj Krystof himself, have also released his Jumpstyle session which he mixed live on Radio Zet’s Internet station. ftb.pl's website also pulished an article regarding Krystofs gigs in Poland. This relatively new Dj says he's just fine with where he's at right now. DJ KRYSTOF has now left a mark on the American, Canadian, Dutch, German & Polish Dance scenes. "Don't know where I’ll go from here, as long as people hear my music I’ll just have to see where life takes me."
