About Me
i live in leeds with my lover. i spend my time having fun with her, or my friends. way back when in 2005, some fuckers stole my tour van from a garage where i'd taken it to be repaired... after a lot of trials and tribulations, i spent a year saving up working with disabled students at leeds uni, and in 2006 i got myself a sparkling Mercedes Benz Sprinter!! WHOOO! in 2006 i drove tours for the likes of:

in the rest of my time, i will be found listening to music, making noise, tootling my clarinet or honking my sax, tinkling my ivories (they're not actually ivory though), eating vegan feasts, putting on DIY gigs in leeds (sadly, increasingly less common as i'm so busy being away on tour), releasing records and comics (rarely), writing shitty comics that even more rarely get finished, making websites, getting cronked, going to gigs, volunteering in my local community, growing veg in my allotment, reading about politics and the environment, researching the science of noise, and generally getting angry at the state of the world whilst trying to overcome my short concentration span and remain positive and active.
i run a non-profit distribution of records from the chinchilla label, friends' labels, bands i've toured, and stuff i've picked up from bands that i like... you can find the cheaply priced records at any of the gigs i'm at.
i encourage people to spend less time on myspace, use real emails or snail mail, and spend more time doing real things. if you are hooked on the internet, at least look at proper websites, they look better than this homogenous site.
