Mais il a plus généralement baigné dans la Soul des années 60 et 70.Cet héritage est une profonde source d'inspiration qui lui permet aujourdhui d' habiller sa musique d'une authenticité tout en incorporant un contemporain qui lui est personnel et important dans sa conception de la musique. Malgré de nombreuses difficultés, il n'a jamais baissé les bras.Il a bossé avec les plus grands noms de la musique en France, notamment Patrick Roffé, compositeur en autres de Larusso, une des plus grosses ventes de disques de la fin des années 90. Mais aussi avec François Welgryn, qui a écrit et composé « Le droit à l'erreur » pour Amel Bent la star montante du rythm and blues qui a vendu plusieurs milliers d'albums.Sa route a également croisé celle de Brenda Fassi une des plus grandes chanteuses africaines. Cette reine de la chanson a choisi Terry Jee pour l'accompagner dans sa tournée camerounaise qui a eu lieu en 2000.Ses collaborations avec des auteurs-compositeurs de renoms, mais aussi avec des jeunes talents (Denise de African connection), lui ont permis d'apporter une nouvelle couleur musicale à un rythm' and blues en manque d'inspiration. C'est désormais vers un public prêt à écouter sa musique qu'il se consacre pleinement. Cela lui donne l'occasion d'introduire son premier single" si seulement"Garder la foi et l'espoir, mais aussi vivre pour cette musique est un grand hommage rendu à son père décédé en 2000.... Sa route musicale continue et les projets embellissent son quotidien..De toutes ses scènes et rencontres TERRY JEE garde en lui un bouquet de valeurs humaines qu'il transmet si bien musicalement. 2008, un virage musical avec le concours du compositeur GIL VALENZA et un album en réalisation.
