(A SPECIAL MESSAGE~FROM MY HEART~TO YOURS)Thank you so-o-o much for stopping by our(Jesus's and my) page. I count it all joy to have this chance to meet you, God's people; My name is Mattie Joyner(aka, Matti_joy). I am a mother of two; a sister of 12(physically) countless(spiritually) and a servant of one(God). I have been saved for many, many years; and during those years, God has been preparing me, in the following areas(MINISTER, TEACHER, PROPHET, DISCERNER, COUNSELOR, VISIONARY, PRAYER WARRIOR, etc); for these end times. Down through the years, I have given my service within the gathering place of the saints(also called the Church) as a Pastor's Aide; Prayer Warrior; Usher; Sunday School Teacher; Choir member; and Praise Leader; in other words, whatever my heart found that needed to be done, I did it. In 1980, I formed a group, with Apostle Anna Bell Thompson(Refugee Temple, Brooklyn, Ny) and Melvin Mays; called The Dramatizers For Christ; together we wrote skits and performed them at local Churches; In early 1982, I started a Gospel Group, with three of my nieces; down in GeorgeTown, SC; I love to write poems and songs; In the past, I have written theme songs for my House of Worship. Sadly just like most of you, I've had my share of disappointments, when it came to those who said they were Christians; so I approached God directly, to tell me, why we go wrong; down through the years, God didn't just tell me, but He also showed me; through my own shortcomings. Things that God has revealed unto me, has had a major impact in my spiritual quest. Many have asked me(even my sisters) why don't I have my own Church, all that I can say is, if God will it to be, it will be; I have been approached in the past by many, who has asked me to start a Church with them, but I never felt lead to do so. I want to say in closing, that while I am here on Myspace, I want to aide you in anyway that I can, to draw closer to God, because He has a special word, that is for your heart only. Many false teachers and preachers are among us; the only sure way to know whether you are being told the truth, is to ask the one person, who knows for sure, and that is God; even when you read something that I have written, don't be haste to accept it as truth, but ask God to shine His spotlight on it first; the lack of involving God in everything that we accept as truth, is one major reasons why many believers has gone astray; There is so much that God wants to show you; but don't just take my word for it, just ask Him yourself. So use the scripture that says ask and you shall receive, not for material things(for in the Kingdom of God, is everything that you will ever need), but for God's truth and nothing but God's truth, to be revealed unto you; God bless you in your quest for Him, in Jesus' name.Always From My Heart~~To Yours; Matt_joy..
