As of right now I work with many artists in and around the Philadelphia area, but my goal would be to have the capabilities to groom and nurture the endless talent I know my city has tucked away and be able to contribute our success to UNUdub.
Influences:
The only producer that I can honestly say I can attribute my style to has to be Pete Rock with Jay Dilla coming in as an honorable mention. The wild thing about Pete Rock is: No matter how many songs of his you have heard, theres twice as many of his songs that you havent. On the flipside, if theres one thing about Jay Dilla its: You probably have one of his songs listed as your favorite and you dont even know it.
Sounds Like:
The closest Ive come to working with hardware was Reason 2.5 and Im not sure if its because it emulates working on MPC's or if the program was just hard to use. LOL. Ive been digital since 1998 and my current list of programs include FL Studio 7, Cubase SX, Acid Pro, Reason 2.5, Goldwave, and Foobar. I also have two HD's filled w/samples that I try to upload periodically to the UNUdub website. My most memorable attribute to just about every song I produce would probably go to how well the individual sounds mesh together. I grew up in a very musical house and harmony was the word of the day just about every day. Ya mean?
