Hi guys :) I am Kaisa, a Finnish amateur figure competitor and a technical university student. I'm also working on getting my personal trainer and nutrition specialist certifications from PTA in the near future. For some reason people always pronounce my name wrong so I'm gonna correct it right away: the "ai" in Kaisa is pronounced like the word "eye". ;)I love writing articles ( HardFitness and ~fitnessflow ), writing on forums ( Pakkotoisto.com and Musclemayhem.com ), reading books and spending time with my honey. I live in Tampere, Finland... but there's a part of me that will always be an American. I have lived in Texas and Arizona for 1.5 years and I'm hoping to go back overseas eventually.
