Music, Photography, and Football Go! Favre!
I've been lucky to meet a lot of people in my life, but I've always wanted to meet, Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, and maybe Jennifer Connelly what a babe. As far as bands that I haven't met, Iron Maiden would probably be right up there, they still kick ass, Morrissey, Ronnie James Dio and Robert Plant. Oh yeah and IVY on my friends list isn't she Goth damn she's Goth.
Scars on Broadway- They Say
I'm a big supporter of the Local Scene, I'm kind of stuck between Dallas, Ft Worth, and Denton, so everyone's Local. One of the coolest bands I know and they kick ass! Another one of my favorites local is Peacemaker I can't say enough about those guys so check them out also, their sound is so different and new. Finally Exit 380 some of the coolest guys I've ever met and they have a great sound, you've got to see them live. Other cool local bands include Dead Twins, Moving Atlas, Seven Story Drop, StrongPoint, Beautiful Disaster, Max Cady, Space Cadet, Black Tie Vendetta, and Brake Vegas.
Everyone else that isn't technically local, Scars on Broadway, City Sleeps, Hot Like A Robot, Deftones, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Iron Maiden, Dokken, Dio, Whitesnake, Metallica, System of a Down, Stone Temple Pilots, At The Drive-In, Murder City Devils, Drowning Pool, Pantera, Turbonegro, Mars Volta, Sparta, The Cult, Institute, Bauhaus, Peter Murphy, Danzig, Arch Angel, Samhain, Marilyn Manson, The Misfits, The Tea Party, H.I.M., Refused, The Distillers, Velvet Revolver, Otep, Mercyful Fate, King Diamond, Celtic Frost, Agnostic Front, Front 242, The Cure, Dramarama, Ours, Pete Yorn, She Wants Revenge, Jimmy Gnecco, The Editor, Film School, The Rogers Sisters, Sparta.
I like all kinds of movies, but here's a few of the ones I can point out without much though, Scarface, Blow, Carlito's Way, Donnie Brasco (okay so there's a pattern), Valley Girl (didn't see that one coming did you?), Devil's Advocate, and the Italian Job. Pretty much anything, just don't talk to me about Napoleon Dynamite to me that crap was worse than "Dude Where's My Car", all that movie tells me is that if MTV tells you to bend over because you'll like it, you'll do it. What a crap job.
I don't watch a lot of television, there's not much on it that interests me, I do watch LOST though, but other than that I used to watch the Sopranos (that was my ritual) but who the hell makes a show and decides they'll give the entire cast a year and a half vacation every season (it's been on what 9 years now and they're on Season 6 and even then they split the season in half fuckin losers, not cool. Basically by now I don't really give a rats ass what happens. Wait......football counts as Television, but that's only on Sunday's........
Tommyland (A little weird the way they go back and forth) great story though.
Motley Crue "The Dirt" (heroin, lies, and the videotape) read it twice.
The Da Vinci Code (I don't know speculation, fact, fiction) too much to know.
Favre "For The Record" this guy's my idol and I named my son after him (he beat his addiction...nuff said!).
Scott Weiland (he's the greatest showman ever) he's been kicked, punched and left for dead on several occasions and he's still one of the best lead singers ever. My fondest memory of any performer is Scott Weiland...words can not describe this guy, he is so under-rated as a performer and as a human, Slash, Duff, and the rest of Velvet Revolver / Still GN&R understood this, he's an icon BITE me if you don't agree!!!
Brett Favre (greatest Quarterback ever) don't cry it's the truth. Let me see your quarterback play 220 games plus and not miss one, he's the Cal Ripken Jr. of football, I don't care how many Super Bowls your quarterback has, that's not my point.
