MyGen Profile GeneratorWell, I figure now that everyone on myspace who's going to friend me has friended me, I can spill my guts to the universe without fear of anyone actually reading this text.If I'm going to tell you about me, I guess I should start at the beginning. I was born into a family that was so poor that we got government cheese. In fact, my grandma gave us her government cheese too. My mother was domineering and brutal while my father was largely absent from my life. I was the perfect fucking child yet my parents felt the need to lay down the law. My parents were impossible to please. I recall 3 years from elementary school. To be precise, I recall the end of each year. When my report card came in, my mother would review it and then tell me how I fucked up. Year 1: 7 classes, 3 A's, 4 B's. "Adrian, you can do better." Year 2: 5 A's, 2 B's. "Adrian, you can do better." Year 3: 6 A's, 1 B."Adrian, you can do better."I'm pretty sure that the pressure they put on me to perform had nothing to do with actually prompting me to succeed and everything to do with control and vicarious living. How's this for fucked up: my parents treated me so cruelly that, when my mother finally died from the cancer she'd been suffering from for almost a year, I didn't care. That's right, I had been so mistreated that the death of my mother actually brought a sense of relief.There's a lot more to this story but I'll have to save that for another time. Until then, I bid you adieu.
