unaHm consists of Daniel Swain, a 26 year old composer from the UK. His main aim is to make music his full time occupation, being able to fully enjoy what people call their "day job", as it is far too difficult to settle for anything less!
Daniel enjoys composing in a variety of styles, mostly from those listed in the influences section. 'unaHm' is the name used by Daniel when working alone, but also forms a collective name ins ome cases. His main aims are to work with others in producing the best possible music for the ears of the world.
As such, Daniel has a couple of projects/collaborations ongoing at the moment:
* Necessary Calling , a new project lead by Daniel that focuses on Soul, Funk, and Drum and Bass. Please check the page out to suss out what style it is, and for more details on the first album!
Necessary Calling are pleased to announce that their debut album is now being released through a variety of online stores, such as iTunes , Napster, Rhapsody, Windows Media, Yahoo Music, and a number of others. Please refer to the group's page for more information!
* PapaMofoMan , a Dub / Funk / TripHop project, lead by Hadrian, a man with many ideas!
* The great Indigo Sync , who Daniel is working with to produce some new pieces of music in the Ambient / Soulful / Funk Drum and Bass area. A snippet of one of the tracks, 'Spatiality', can be heard on this page.
* The Backline Blues Band who Daniel joined in October 2006, who play cover versions of a selection of Blues and Blues-related music. Please refer to their page for more information about what they do, and where you can catch them performing!
