M&S Entertainment was started at the end of 2005 by me and my girl in Memphis, TN. The M stands for Mia and The S stands for Sylvester. We started our own compony named M&S Properties. We buy foreclosed homes and renovate/rehab them and then resale them at a profit. Thats where the term "Real Estate Money" comes from.What I'm rapping about, I'm living it. Don't get it twisted I'm still a street nigga grinding. I did state and federal bids, so my dues have been paid. I'm still with my girl, she was down with me when I didn't have shit. I was on six figures when I was in a halfway house after doing my fed bid. It took 3 months but we made it happen. I just want to take this music thing to a whole new level, until then, "Real Estate Money" pays the bills.
