It's a thing called "karma" which means anything u inflict on someone in a negative way will eventually come back 2 haunt u. In somewhat of a boomerang effect. I really don't have 2 break this word down 'cause a lot of yall know where I'm comin from when i say this. But 2 the young generation in Memphis - yall can't continue 2 shoot, kill, or harm another human being & not expect some repercusions 4 your actions. If u do some fucced up shyt 2 another person - u gotta face your own demons when it's your turn. It's just that simple. If u go & kill some1, sell that piece of rock-cocaine, rob aother nygga or whatever crime you're involved with & neva get caught 4 it - somewhere in life the shyt will eventually catch up with u. I'm not goin' 2 sit here & tell u I haven't done some bad shyt be4 because I'm no Angel. But for every piece of rock I sold it added 2 the demise of my community. People I looked up 2 while growin' up in Orange Mound,South Memphis, & L.A. County(Cali) is flat out "sprung" like a mu'fucca to this very day. I got so many nyggaz I grew up with that have died from drug-related crimes & gangbangin' I can't even keep track of it. Although I'm not a part of that lifestyle anymore,I still, in so many ways,blame myself 4 the way my old neighborhoods r fucced up now. I've never done any hard jail time be4 but 2 jus' see the way the dope game,this gang shyt & pure violence has tore down the communities I've lived in n Memphis & Cali - I must say I'm locked in my own self-torture.Which is a prison within. Feel me?!! It goes back 2 that word "karma" - I'm payin 4 all the bad deeds I've done in the past. I don't wanna get 2 deep with bringin' up shyt I've done 'cause now that I've gotten older - the shyt that me & my nyggaz did back in those dayz I wish I could go & change them. The states where Blacks are not being placed in prison as a matter of course are Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, and Idaho, even though their general populations are small.
Most of the states with a majority of Black prisoners are found in the south. However, Maryland, which isn’t generally viewed as a southern state, has the largest percentage of Black prisoners—77%. But Wisconsin, with a tiny Black population of 6%, has a Black prison population of 48%. And Mississippi, with the largest Black population of 36%, has a Black prison population of 75%.
Although Blacks are moving back to the south, the prison rates for Blacks in the south is generally higher than in the north and west. However, proportionally, that is not true.
Without a doubt, Blacks are no more criminal than anyone else in this society. Yet, for as long as this country has existed, Blacks have gone through this nation’s criminal justice system and have always been found wanting. Of course, poverty impacts on criminality, but there is more to the large proportion of Blacks in the criminal justice and prison systems of America than poverty. The system is untoward toward African Americans primarily and other ethnic minorities generally.
This negativity toward Blacks is because of the individuals who administer the systems and the assumptions, biases, and cultural prejudices they bring to justice. It does not matter what system one lives under: if it is contaminated by bias, prejudices, and preconceived notions, that system cannot function fairly.

Ancient Rome would envy us if my program is implemented. As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious KING JAMES, whose BIBLE we CHERISH, I saw enough to know that our problem is not unique. While Rome used cords or wood as crosses for standing human bodies along the old highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasion.
I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree a couple of miles back. You are losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, you suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed, Gentleman,...You know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them.
In my bag, I have a fool proof method for controlling your slaves. I guarantee everyone of you that if installed it will control the slaves for at least three hundred years. My method is simple, any member of your family or any OVERSEER can use it.
I have outlined a number of differences among the slaves, and I take these differences and make them bigger. I use FEAR, DISTRUST, and ENVY for control purposes. These methods have worked on my modest plantation in the West Indies, and it will work throughout the SOUTH. Take this simple little list of differences and think about them. On the top of my list is "AGE" but it is only there because it starts with an "A"; The second is"COLOR" or shade; there is INTELLIGENCE, SIZE, SEX, SIZE OF PLANTATION, ATTITUDE of owner, whether the slaves live in the valley, on a hill, east or west, north, south, have fine or coarse hair, or is tall or short. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an outline of action- but before that, I shall assure you that DISTRUST IS STRONGER THAN TRUST, AND ENVY IS STRONGER THAN ADULATION, RESPECT OR ADMIRATION.
The black slave, after receiving this indoctrination, shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generating for hundreds of years, maybe thousands.
Don't forget you must pitch the old black VS. the young black males, and the young black male against the old black male. You must use the dark skinned slaves VS. the light skin slaves. You must use the female VS the male, and the male VS, the female. You must always have your servants and OVERSEERS distrust all blacks, but it is necessary that your slaves trust and depend on us.
Gentlemen, these kits are your keys to control, use them. Never miss an opportunity. My plan is guaranteed, and the good thing about this plan is that if used intensely for one year the slave will remain perpetually distrustful.
