MY NAME IS MIKE COLIN AND
i am some dude from Downtown Denver (the mile high city),
who spends his life writing songs and making music.
I make records all the time, sometimes by myself,
sometimes with one or more of the amazingly talented musicians
I have been fortunate enough to call friends during my life.
I am
a songwriter, musician, producer, recording engineer thingy.

These days my band consists of my two teenage kids
and a teenage drummer named Matt.

I also dabble in drawing, computer/photo art, and short stories.
The word ECLECTICORE embodies my quest
to make whatever I want, whenever I want, with whoever I want.
From the most over-thought produced piece,
to the quickest off-the-cuff lo-fi thingy.
Rock, classical, hip hop, country, pop,
these labels are all meaningless.
These are new beginnings for me.
