At the begining of this year, God had challenged me to step out in faith and believe fully in Him. In doing so, I was drawn to different churches, who were praying and fasting, that were unsure how to reach their hurting community. While traveling to different organizations, I was shocked at how many leaders within the church body are weary and without vision. Many churches opened mini-Dream Centers who focus on outreach, but don't have facilities to disciple and house new believers. I saw a need, and God put it on my heart to do something, hence, the birth of MINISTRY MONSTER.
MINISTRY MONSTER is an endeavor to come beside leaders of a church body and serve with whole hearts. God wants His church body to function where they are changing the world around them one-person at a time. Our message is to be a soul-winning, discipleship centered, prayer loving, God seeking, Joy filled, courageous, Army of worshippers that will carry His message to the ends of the earth. It is God's desire His leaders have vision endued with power, to be the light of the world to this generation.
It is our goal to provide training centered on Evangelism, Outreach, Discipleship, and Leadership. We would love to help build your leaders, God restores vision, heals the brokenhearted, empowers weariness, reconciliation, unity with the church body, and direction of the next step for your growing congregation.
Dream Center training is provided for flegding outreach and discipleship ministries who need training on how to open up a discipleship facility/home. Outreach ideas to effectively reach out to their community with Adopt-A-Block, Bus Ministry, Special Events,Youth Ministry, Drama, and Illustrated Sermons.

Churches with a purpose and vision, who are praying for the next step for thier growing ministry. Working as a full-time volunteer at the Dream Center for three years, and Pastor Tommy Barnett's church, Phoenix First Assembly , I have been involved with the Bus Ministry, Adopt-A-Block, Hope for Homeless Youth, Prostitute Outreach, Gay outreach, Discipleship, Internship, Youth Ministry and assembling a Mobile ministry team. I have been a Youth pastor on two indian reservations, and currently travel as an evangelist to these depressed areas.
I come to serve along with your leaders for a period of 2 -5 weeks, setting up ministries and training leaders to effectively reach their city. I only ask for Room & Board, and willing hearts to learn what God has in store for lives. It is not important to me that I share during a service, I feel counsel/training is more effective on a one-one basis. It is through this dependance on the Lord, He will do all the work, I only walk into what He has prepared.

A side business of making custom murals for special events, programs, pagents, youth rooms, and homes has just exploded. Here are a few examples of the murals I have done through my travels. Usually mural artist get paid between $35- $75 dollars an hour. Ministry Monster murals are only the cost of paint, materials, and fees are dependent on your budget needs. I use these painting sessions to involve youth and people in your congregation to get involved in ministry. I use these times to teach, counsel, encourage, and have just plain fun. Not only do I paint but teach others how to use these principles to start murals of their very own. I use acrylic based paints, and regular aerosal can paint, so buying materials is an easy process. I can copy any logo, picture, or customize a one of a kind mural just for your program. These Murals do take time depending on the size and complexity. I only ask that you feed the artist and helpers because we usually put in 12 hour days when completing a project
