Wutam began in early 1994 in Tallahassee Florida playing house and breaks. It was only 2 years later that he was asked to play at one of the most famous and memorable clubs on the east coast, The Limelight in New York City by legendary club promoter Matty Silver. After returning from New York he then moved to West Palm Beach Florida where he held many residencies at clubs such as The Loft, Club 2000, Club Moscow and many others until 1999 when he moved to Orlando Florida. There he was a resident DJ at the 2 largest late night clubs of the era, Mimosa and Club Cyberzone for 3 and a half years followed by a 2 year residency at Club Empire. In the year 2000 Wutam did a remix of a track called Rokit for friend and artist J-Break. After the sucess of the track the two teamed up and started producing together and released a single track and mix cd called Bio:Mechanik and went on a release tour. The CD sold 2000 copies the first year and the duo never looked back.
Wutam & J-Break went on to play many single and tag dj sets along with "Live" shows of thier own production at clubs and events such as Ultra and Club i/o at Miami's Winter Music Conference.
In September of 2005 Wutam lost 94% of his hearing in his left ear and stopped dj'ing for almost a year. With only an 8% recovery It would be 7 months later in mid '06 that he started to produce agian. It was in late 2006 that Wutam moved west to Phoenix AZ where he headlined many large events like: Remedy, Snakes At A Rave and Earthdance in Tucson. Arizona was a short 11 month stop on his way to beautiful California, making San Diego his new home on the West Coast. He was welcomed in to Cali with a dj spot on Donald Glaudes Float at the Lovefest Parade in San Francisco. Wutam is now making his mark with his dj sets and original work with music partner J-Break doing remixes with Melleefresh of Toronto and Eddie Amador. 2008 will be a great year for the Cyberian Knights Wutam & J-Break, watch out for this amazing duo!
