About Me

I am originally from Charleston, Mississippi. I went to college at Ole Miss and law lchool at Mississippi College. I then opened my practice in Batesville where I represent athletes, musicians, entertainers, authors and creative people of all sorts.I also do regular lawyer things like divorces and criminal law here locally.I am happily married (to a woman) and have two children. All of whom's names will be changed to protect the guilty. I love hanging out with them when I have some time. When I finally get ready for a mental break, I head to the river, lake, stream or bucket and drowned worms for a while. Or enjoy my new toy I just got running. (Check the pics)If you have any questions, comments or concerns, just message me or give me a call 662-563-9625. My Interests

Music, Football, Lawyering, Country Living and helping folks. Speaking of that...IF YOU COULD HELP FEED A DOG FOR FREE WOULD YOU? Sure you would. There are no forms to fill out. You don't even have to give your name or anything. Please go to http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/ and click on the link in the middle of the page that says "Fund Food For Animals". That's it. Close the window after that. There's nothing to sign up for...just click on the link.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who's smart enough to hire an attorney before they sign themselves into slavery to a Label or Team contract. Once you've signed, it's a lot more expensive to hire a lawyer to deal with it. Be smart, get representation first. Not only do you get a better deal, but you look more professional. Hence, you deserve a better deal. Hey, I didn't get asked my opinion when this kind of stuff started, I just have to live in it and deal with it like you do.Here's my buddy Harpo's video "Mule Lip Blues". It's pretty funny. Check it out if you got a minute. Here's some more friends of mine you may want to take a second and check out...

Music:

I'm an 80's buff/extrraordiare by habit, but I like a lot of the new stuff too. I'm a huge Harpo fan. Gotta love me some Harpo. I like mostly rock stuff and some of the "new" country.

Movies:

Anything original. Shawshank Redemption (Morgan Freeman my fellow Charlestonian), Hostel, Saw, Raising Arizona (one of the funniest movies EVER)

Television:

The Apprentice, Family Guy, Boxing, Racing, used to like wrestling before...

Books:

The Bible. (Myspace somehow "accidentally" erased part of my profile info...this being one part.) So go get a Bible and start reading. If you've never read it before...start with the New Testament. It's a great place to start.

Heroes:

Jesus and my dad. (this was another part)
