I have been playing drums in the Indianapolis & surrounding areas for 15 years with some of the best musicians in the region. I was a full-time road musician until 1990 when I decided to settle down and start a family. Now, I do computer software support during the day, but I also play with several local bands in the evenings and weekends, and also at my church, Eastside Church of God in Anderson, IN. I also sub with a few other local bands. My corporate band, "Indy Express", is one of the top Corporate/Wedding bands in Indiana and has been together since 1977, playing anything from Big Band to Top 40. My Jazz band is called "Heavenly Mambo", and features the lovely and talented Vicky Richmond on silky smooth jazz vocals. More recently I've also been playing occasionally with "Kat Black Band", a local favorite with a strong loyal fan base filling dance floors all around central Indiana, and "Imagine That", a local classic rock band in Indy. I have also recently been working with Tim Spainhower, a talented singer-songwriter in Indy, in the studio doing tracks for a new CD of his original stuff. Believe me, I'm not as busy as I'd like to be! I am ALWAYS looking for new gigs and new people to play with.
