About Me

Hmmmm, about me, hmmm well lets see; i am of caribbean/african descent, being that my father is from Tanzania, Africa and my mother is from Barbados having such a blend my values stem from both christian and muslim beliefs. I was raised in Barbados and moved here to Florida 4 years ago to pursue my studies in International Business and that has been my mission ever since. Now those are the basics about me, anything else you would find out only if you are lucky enough to know me :):) but i will leave you with one of my favorite exerpts from one of my favorite books "Long Walk to Freedom", " ....I have discovered the secret that after climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb. I have taken a moment here to rest, to steal a view of the glorious vista that surrounds me, to look back on the distance i have come. But i can rest only for a moment, for with freedom comes responsibilities, and i dare not linger for my long walk is not yet ended" by Nelson Mandela. I hope those words encouraged you as much as they enouraged me. (Please note my myspace page is not a personal advertisement, i came on this site to share my profile with friends and have fun as for looking for serious partners on this site, that is out of the question.)
