My Interests

I am a real laid-back kind of person. I enjoy walking for hours through the woods, exploring or for relaxation. I can honestly say that I have logged several thousand miles of walking through the woods. I have no limits, fields, swamps, prickers, and barbed-wire never held me back. I like to find interesting creatures like frogs, newts, lizards, and geckos. I build mini-habitats for them, called vivariums. One day I hope to be able to have a giant vivarium filled with critters. My two favorite critters are the Poison Dart Frog and the Crested Gecko.

Yes, I can spend countless hours doing stuff, if it holds my interest. I would rather be out cruising the city at night, while sipping coffee on my scooter. Fast enough to get there, and slow enough to enjoy, my scooter is my entertainment.

I would rather walk than drive, but I have to feel a good 50mph wind-rush once in a while. I love to do things that every-one thinks, "That can't be done!" Besides my projects, coffee seems to be the only staple in my life. Even though art doesn't consume all of my time, it is still a staple event for me. I have a feeling that is going to change!

Mostly my art is suggestive sketches and inventions/designs, with a little 3D computer art. Some of my art extends outward into reality, in the form of labor intensive projects. I love to build and create, wood, metal, sand, plants, animals, glass, and water. My medium is the world, my pallet is anything within reach!

I'd like to meet:

The ultimate form of K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple simon)

I'm in love with this thing...

This is like the Digital-artists version of MySpace... It's like MySpace on steroids... The focus is on the 3D chat, using your pimped-out 3D character. The ultimate novelty to compliment the ultimate profiles. The best thing is, you can actualy SPEAK DIRECTLY TO PEOPLE, not spend days playing MESSAGE TAG!

You shop for art and for items for your 3D character. The catalog is huge, and they are generous with their credits, which are easily earned or cheaply purchased. Then again, you could seduce people into buying you 3D gifts from you wish-list of items. I already have a modest collection of rooms and toys for my 3D guy... I look like a demon pimp now!

The home pages there, (The profiles), look similar to MySpace... but you don't have to be a Programming Genius to customize it. You just drag and drop, or pick your colors or images for backgrounds and borders. You can also HIDE parts of your profile from others, but you still see them, to edit them.

They also have "Stickers" which you can stick anywhere on your page.... literally! Oh great... clutter! (If you have OCD, don't visit people home pages there! You'll go nuts!)

However... their focus isn't on the artist, but they do reward artists, who create content for the 3D chat and for the home pages. The rewards are only credit based, but some seem to be selling credits now, earning money for their art. The best thing about creating stuff, is that no 3D knowledge is needed to make stuff there. (But knowing 3D will allow you to make better 3D stuff.)

If you do join, even if it for fun, look for me there.

I have already crossed paths with several thousand people, isn't that enough?

I will talk to anyone, just don't destroy my art, or steal from me! My art is my life, if I have given you something, it is my life I am giving to you. Treat it with respect, or put it down and walk away!

NOTE: All art comments are welcome, as long as you limit your images to (250pixels wide), or they will not be added.

EG...

This website is not a, "THANKS FOR THE ADD", archive. Irrelevant comments and excessively large comments will not be accepted.

Sorry, I am not a MySpace pimp.

Music:

There was once a time where I was always within the ear-shot of a tune...

I still listen to music, but it just doesn't surround my life like it once did.

Movies:

Most are not worth the cost... if they threw in some aspirin, deodorized the theater, cleaned the floors, sold candy for a reasonable price, and didn't require you to constantly sweep your head from side to side, in order to see the whole picture, then possibly...

Television:

Is that the tiny square thing with the moving pictures?

I look at it once in a while!

Books:

Are those the tiny square things with all those letters in them?

I think I saw one once in school... I though they banned those! Something about them being used as blunt object weapons.

Sure, they take away mirrors and chains, because those could be weapons. Then they force you to have books that could cause severe blunt injuries if thrown, and pens/pencils which are the equivalent of sharp pointy darts, and don't get me started on the razor sharp manila folder weapons!

Time to upgrade, get a computer, books are history. I live in the present, not the past. Besides, I just read a reliable Internet article that said all books were wrong!

Heroes:

Parents, Teachers, Friends, blah, blah, blah...

Thank-you for this award... Hope I did not miss anyone!

I have A.D.D., I live in a world without names, without numbers, without printed lies, without time, and without a history. My world is NOW, my world is HERE, my world is CREATION!
